This temple has a Sanctums (Sannithi) for Sri Andal, Sri Desikar, Sri Manavala Mamuni, Sri ramanujar, Sri Maragathavalli thaayar and Sri Vijayaraghava Perumal.

Sri Vijayaraghava Perumal Sanctum
There is a huge Hall in front of the Perumal sanctum. This hall will be used for all major functions at the temple. Opposite to the Perumal Sanctum, there is Periya thiruvadi (Garudan) Sanctum. All Azhwaars are located inside Perumal's sanctum on the left hand side praying the Lord. The Lord appears with four hands along with Sanka, Chakra and Mace. The Lord, in a standing pose, is flanked by Sridevi and Bhudevi.

Sri Thaayaar Sanctum
Thaayaar has a separate sanctum here. The sanctum is facing east and is to the left of Perumal Sanctum. During Brahmostsavam, the Lord is placed at this Sanctum for 10 days and all rituals are performed here. Navarathari function is also celebrated at this sanctum in a grand manner.

Sri Emperumanaar Sanctum
This temple complex has an independent shrine for Sri Ramanujar. During the month of Chittirai (April) this shrine has special 10 day utsavam commemorating Sri Emperumaanaar's birthday.

Sri Manavaala maamuni Sanctum
This shrine is located south facing, praying the Lord. During the month of Aippasi, a 10 day utsavam is celebrated, commemorating Sri Manavala maamuni's birthday. During this utsavam, both Sri manavala maamuni and Perumal are taken out to the streets on planquins where Upathesaraththinamalai is recited.

Sri Desikar Sanctum
This shrine is also located to the left of Perumal Sanctum, facing south. During the month of Purattasi, a 10 day utsavam is celebrated, commemorating Swami Desikar's birthday. During this event, Paramaarththa Sthuthi is recited.

Sri Andaal Sanctum
This sanctum is located to the right, facing east. The hall in front os this shrine is believed to be the place where Sri Ramanujar studied under Yadavaprakasar. During the month of Adi, thiruvaadippoora utsavam is celebrated.

Miscelaneous
Historical inscriptions of the Pandiya and Pallava periods, of 10th and 13th century, are found on all rampart walls. These mention about the gifts of lands and consecration of many Sanctums. This temple complex hosts a shrine for Lord Jatayu near the Jatayu Pushkarani (Tank).
